Healing through art

A Workshop Series for Mental Health & Well-Being
Discover the transformative power of creativity with "Healing Through Art," an innovative wellness program made possible by a grant from the DuPage County Board. Led by professional art therapist Dianne Samp, MA, LCPC, these intimate four-week workshops guide participants through drawing, watercolor, and other creative techniques while integrating stress reduction, mindfulness, and emotional wellness practices. No prior art experience is necessary—just bring an open mind and a willingness to explore. Each series accommodates 15-17 participants for one afternoon per week in a welcoming, non-clinical environment where DuPage County residents can connect with neighbors while nurturing their well-being. Thanks to DuPage County funding, this professional-quality program is available at the very low price of $20 per class or $60 for the set of four sessions. Materials are included. Join us for an accessible pathway to personal growth through the proven healing power of artistic expression.
